Shipping
All orders are shipped
USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping and handling
charges within the US are $5.50 for up to 3 plans and
$8.95 for more than 3. Add $1.00 for plans shipped to
Canada. For shipping to countries other than the US or
Canada, please contact us. In the event of damage
occurring in shipping, you will have to file a claim
with the shipping service. Shipping insurance, if
desired, costs approximately 2% - 3% of the value of the
merchandise. Please call or e-mail us if you require
this service. For specialty shipping services such as
express, certified, registered mail, UPS, etc, please
call for a quote.
Wisconsin purchasers are required to pay 5.1% sales tax.
Payment can be made through PayPal using Mastercard, Visa,
Discover, or American Express.
If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within
six days of receiving it and we will refund your
purchase price, less a 20% restocking charge and the
shipping and handling charges, upon receipt of the item
in its original condition. Any customs and import duties
are the responsibility of the purchaser.

products, logo, trademark and services are
protected by the United States Trademark and Copyright
laws. Those who purchase our plans have the right to
build a product for personal use from the plan. You are
not allowed to lease, rent, transfer, or sell the
purchased plan or copies of it. Commercial use of them
is also not permitted. All plans, images and text on
this web site, and plans provided, are the exclusive
property of Sun Designs.
Sun Designs, in their effort to provide accurate
technical and construction information may make periodic
improvements, information and design changes, and
updates to their site and plans.
While structure plans are
designed in accordance with standard building practices,
it is important, and the responsibility of the
customer/builder, to ensure compliance with the local
building and zoning requirements and to verify all
dimensions prior to proceeding with construction. We do
not assume any liability for any errors or omissions in
our site or product.
